🛏️ Eligibility
Return requests should be submitted within 14 days after confirmed delivery. Products must:

• Remain unused
• Include all original packaging
• Be in resellable condition

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products
• Final sale, clearance, or promotional items
• Products showing signs of use or damage

Contact Lumevia support at service@fortuneblisslab.com before sending any items. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

🚚 Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, customers cover return shipping. Outbound shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

🔍 Inspection & Refunds
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after verification.
